Of course. If you go for a discovery dive, you will need to get the ferry at 7am and we will wait for you at the exit. If you go for a certified group dive, you will go on the 8am ferry to join us on the island. If you miss your ferry, you will miss the departure of the boat and there will be no refund.

Yes. You can try scuba diving from the boat. After a briefing and a few exercises in a swimming pool, you can go for 2 boat dives with your instructor to admire an amazing underwater world.

No. We provide you a medical form: if you are able to answer "no" to all the questions, you don't need any medical approval. However if you have one "yes" or more, then, a certificate will be required.

From 8 to 10, kids can make a bubbles maker to 2 meters or 6 feet as maximum depth. From 10 years old, they can dive with adults up to 12 meters-40 feet.

There is no age limit, you just require good physical conditions. Check with your doctor to make sure. Our record is 92 years-old!

All certified divers must show proof of their valid diving certification. In case of a health problem, we require you to present a valid and updated medical certification.

Yes, if you show us a medical certificate, you will be refunded up to 48 hours prior to your service day.

Depending on your level, we have plenty of choice. This is definitely one of the best place to dive on the second great barrier reef in the world. From beginners to advanced, Cozumel offers walls, swim through, incredible coral formations, a wreck and of course drift dives. Water is crystal clear and warm all year round.

Of course, we visit the underwater world, where animals are wild, free and willing or not to meet you. So you might see turtles, stingrays (eagle rays in winter), nurse sharks, green moray eels and of course a lot of colorful fishes like angel fish, parrot fish, puffer fish, trumpet fish, barracuda, lobsters, crabs…

Of course. All our classes includes 3 pictures per person. If you want the full package, ask our instructors about the price.

As sunscreen is now prohibited to protect our beautiful reef, don’t forget to bring a tee-shirt to protect you from the sun, a hat, sunglasses, a beach towel, an extra swimsuit and if necessary a tablet not to be sea sick.

Yes. They can even do some snorkeling if they feel comfortable in the water and if the conditions permit it. Non-divers will be charged 65$usd for the day including snorkeling equipment, lunch and drinks.

Our boats have shades, bathrooms and are comfortable enough for you to be able to walk in. As an average, we have 12 persons plus staff onboard and our groups underwater are very small. You can also check our private boat option for a family journey.

We dive in the rain or shine. Weather related refunds are ONLY provided when the port has been closed by the Harbor Master. In this last case, you will have the option to change your diving day or get a 100% refund.

Definitely. As we offer only small groups to make sure you feel comfortable, the number of participants is very limited. So to secure your spot, make sure you book early.

You can fill up a form on our page or you can contact us by email, Facebook, phone or Whatsapp, it is up to you. You will receive an answer in less than 24 hours. Each booking needs a 20% Paypal deposit of the full amount to be secured.

All our prices are communicated in Us Dollars. Booking deposits are done via Paypal. Balance of payment is due onsite before diving. We accept payment in cash in US dollars, Euro or Mexican Pesos at the national daily exchange rate. All Paypal booking transactions have a 5% fee.

You can send your reservation request via our website directly. A message will appear saying that you will receive an email in less than 24 hours to complete your reservation. Once you have confirmed everything with us and you have paid your deposit online via Paypal, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to know for your diving day(s) in the next 24 hours.

Yes and upon availabilities. You can change your diving day up to 48 hours prior to your service date.

Full refund applies to cancellations made at least 30 days prior to your service day: the booking deposit will be fully refunded through Paypal.

Partial refund applies to cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your service day: 50% of the booking deposit will be refunded through Paypal.

No refund applies to cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your service day.

No refund applies to same day cancellations.

Cancellations by Bubbles Underwater due to weather conditions: a full refund will be given. Dives may be cancelled only if the Harbor Master closes the port to small crafts due to bad weather.
